The majority of our jewelry is solid 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plating. A few items like the 2012 and the 2013 are made of high quality brass with white rhodium and 18k gold plating due to solid silver being too heavy for the ear.
IS THE JEWELRY NICKEL-FREE?
Yes! All of our items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY?
We advise you to keep your jewelry clean by using a soft cloth when needed.
Avoid bending the jewelry to prevent oxidation, and please be careful to avoid your jewelry getting in contact with any oils, lotions, or perfumes.

WHAT IS RAGBAG'S RETURN POLICY?
You must return your order within 14 days after receiving the order meaning that the order must configure in the delivery system. The products must be in the same condition as received with the original packaging. Any products that appear to have been opened and used will be refused.
When you return products, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself.
Upon return of the products, you will receive the money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
When you want to return a product, you must fill out the return form that you received with your package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Upon return of the products, we will refund your money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product. Usually, credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If you receive a damaged product, we need to be notified in writing during the warranty period. Please contact us with your order details and pictures of the damaged product.
WHERE DOES RAGBAG SHIP?
We currently ship to all countries.
We offer free shipping on all orders above 100 EUR. The expected time for delivery will be 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
You can always follow your package’s journey through the tracking number that we’ll send you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As soon as you have placed your order with us, we start processing it. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with information including tracking number.
PROBLEM WITH TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email. If you have problems with your tracking number, please contact us.
